{"id":5202,"date":"2019-04-16T12:53:47","date_gmt":"2019-04-16T10:53:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.oslivade.si\/?page_id=5202"},"modified":"2019-04-16T12:56:07","modified_gmt":"2019-04-16T10:56:07","slug":"gibanje-in-zdravje","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.oslivade.si\/?page_id=5202","title":{"rendered":"Gibanje in zdravje"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\r\n<p><b>RAZ\u0160IRJENI PROGRAM (RaP) &#8211; Podro\u010dje Zdravje, gibanje ter dobro psihi\u010dno in fizi\u010dno po\u010dutje otrok za \u0161olsko leto 2018\/2019<\/b><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>V \u0161olskem letu 2018\/2019 ni ve\u010d mo\u017eno izvajati programa Zdrav \u017eivljenjski slog, ki je omogo\u010dal u\u010dencem dodatne ure \u0161porta.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Na\u0161a \u0161ola je bila izbrana, da v \u0161ol. letu 2018\/2019 preizkusi nov koncept raz\u0161irjenega programa (RaP) v osnovni \u0161oli &#8211; podro\u010dje Zdravje, gibanje ter dobro psihi\u010dno in fizi\u010dno po\u010dutje otrok.<br><strong>Redna telesna dejavnost, uravnote\u017eena prehrana, skrb za varno okolje in sprostitev so klju\u010dni dejavniki, ki vplivajo na zdravje in dobro po\u010dutje.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Uresni\u010devali bomo naslednje cilje:<br>\u2022 ozave\u0161\u010danje pomena telesnega in du\u0161evnega zdravja za dobro po\u010dutje in kakovostno \u017eivljenje;<br>\u2022 izgradnja razumevanja pomena vsakodnevnega gibanja, uravnote\u017eene prehrane, zdravega in varnega okolja, sprostitve in po\u010ditka;<br>\u2022 spoznavanje in aktivno vklju\u010devanje v razli\u010dne gibalne dejavnosti, razvijanje navad zdravega prehranjevanja, sodelovanje z drugimi ter varno in odgovorno ravnanje v okolju;<br>\u2022 pridobivanje znanja o preventivnem ravnanju v skrbi za zdravje in varnost;<br>\u2022 oblikovanje pozitivnega odnosa do gibanja, hrane in prehranjevanja, okolja, samega sebe in drugih ter razvijanje pozitivnih stali\u0161\u010d, navad in na\u010dinov ravnanja.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>V sklopu tega programa moramo u\u010dencem omogo\u010diti <strong>5 ur gibanja<\/strong> na teden, kar je se\u0161tevek ur obveznega in raz\u0161irjenega programa.
